1bdtk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 1bdtk website at https://1bdtk.io, including all associated pages, features, tools, and services accessible through that domain.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers an account on the 1bdtk Platform and/or uses its services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 1bdtk Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback awards, or other non-cashable promotional amounts credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via an approved payment method that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sports market, casino game, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency of the Platform, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all timestamps on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 1bdtk before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law or Platform policy.

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 1bdtk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 1bdtk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. 1bdtk is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 1bdtk Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices are used — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 1bdtk reserves the right to merge or close all such Accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any funds as compensation for administrative costs incurred.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

The 1bdtk Platform is designed and operated for use by players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction. 1bdtk makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified 1bdtk of unauthorised access in writing.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

1bdtk may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and/or withdrawal delays.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 1bdtk support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no active withdrawal holds or investigations are in place. Bonus Funds are non-returnable upon voluntary Account closure.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

1bdtk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 1bdtk does not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers from non-Bangladeshi banks, or cash deposits.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within a maximum of 10 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during standard banking hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM BST, Sunday to Thursday). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. 1bdtk does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on any given day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST will be processed the following business day. 1bdtk reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Account withdrawal section.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 1bdtk does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Where third-party funding is identified, the deposit will be reversed, the Account may be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings derived from third-party funds will be voided.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

1bdtk is committed to maintaining a platform free of money laundering activity. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or Account where unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns are identified. Where required, we will suspend processing and seek additional documentation before releasing funds. We cooperate fully with any lawful request from competent authorities regarding financial activity on the Platform.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 1bdtk offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Failure to meet these conditions within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be converted to Real Money Funds and/or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each promotion are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded game types or below minimum qualifying odds do not count toward wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

1bdtk monitors bonus usage patterns across all Accounts. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk ("hedging"), systematically exploiting low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to manipulate promotion outcomes — will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

1bdtk may offer special promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Pohela Boishakh, Eid celebrations, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited period only. Details of all active promotions are displayed in the Promotions section of the Platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 1bdtk Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. 1bdtk does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in cases where a market is voided under Section 6.3. Bets placed after a sporting event has commenced may be accepted as in-play bets where the in-play market remains open, subject to current in-play odds.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. 1bdtk reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time, including where unusual betting patterns are identified. Professional or syndicate betting activity may be subject to reduced maximum stake limits without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets and Market Cancellations

A bet will be voided and the stake returned to your Account Balance in the following circumstances: the relevant sporting event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the market is suspended due to a breach of sporting integrity; there is an obvious pricing error at the time of bet placement; or the result of the event cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe. 1bdtk's decision on whether to void a market is final and binding.

6.4 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — specific rules apply to rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, and matches where fewer than the minimum number of overs are completed. Where a match is abandoned mid-game, settled markets based on completed overs will stand; markets on incomplete innings will be voided unless specific minimum completion conditions stated in the individual market rules have been met.

7.1 Game Availability and RTP

Casino games available on 1bdtk — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and table games in the 1bdtk Casino section — are provided by third-party software suppliers. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed within the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term expected return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your Account Balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be honoured. 1bdtk is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the Player's side. We recommend maintaining a stable internet connection during live casino sessions.

7.3 Live Dealer Casino

Live dealer games available through the EVO Live section are operated by Evolution Gaming from professional studio environments. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels in real time and are not subject to RNG manipulation. All live dealer game results are recorded and auditable. Any disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the session in question.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1bdtk Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits after winnings have been withdrawn.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or degrades the Platform experience for other Players.

1bdtk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We enforce a strict 21+ age requirement and provide the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Limit reductions apply immediately; limit increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and funds wagered during your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not receive any marketing communications and your Account will be inaccessible.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing your Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of 1bdtk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1bdtk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

1bdtk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings. 1bdtk is not responsible for any losses arising from: interruptions to internet service, device failure, third-party payment processing delays, force majeure events, or actions of third-party game providers.

1bdtk collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send you promotional communications.

1bdtk uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. We retain your data for as long as your Account remains open and for a further period as required by applicable law after Account closure.

1bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, and updates to comply with applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 1bdtk Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1bdtk support. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. 1bdtk's decision on all betting and gaming matters — including bet settlement, market voids, and bonus eligibility — is final, binding, and non-appealable except where a clear and demonstrable processing error has occurred.
